The user experience and user friendliness at 24Option is nothing less than spectacular. The layout is setup in a easy to use manner and trading is a breeze and the charts are in my opinion the best in the industry.
Assets & Expiry Times: 9/10
There are a good deal of assets which can be traded on 24Option however there are some drawbacks which I have found. Occasionally during some points in the day trades will be blocked off during news.
Sometimes these trades are for minutes, sometimes they are for hours. However all in all, it’s very good and they do offer 15 minute binary options on some select assets.

24option was extremely helpful in the chat room and on the phone they are very cheerful and happy to assist you with whatever you need.
Payout Rates: 10/10
Can’t complain about the payout rates they are mostly 70-85% and they seem to stay consistent which is great.
Deposits & Withdrawals: 7/10
Depositing through 24Option was also a very easy thing to do however they do have a $250 minimum deposit which could be rough for some new traders.
The withdrawal process however was absolutely seamless, one of the best in the industry in my opinion. However withdrawal times themselves have been getting worse lately.
You may withdraw back your initial deposit via any method you have deposited from and profits may be withdrawn through wire transfers.

I admire their support,they give you account manager to attend to your requests.
If u lose your deposited money and have not taken bonus, they will give u bonus even if u dont deposit based on the amount u deposited earlier.
I have requested payment withdrawal and will update the status once I get my money.
This is the best broker I have ever used and I have used several. Withdrawal by credit card took 2 day for me. My acct manager is Jack and I really like him. You can request him if you like.
They have given me problems trying to withdraw my money. They asked for a copy of my credit card

My broker is Anyoption and they have asked me the same;they need our credit cards back and front for our own protection.If something goes wrong with our money,they are responsible and they can’t afford a bad reputation.Its a competitive market and they will lose customers.
Hi phatkat43, that’s normal because of the anti money laundering, just make sure to cover the middle 8 numbers in your card and the cvv code in the back (or front if it’s an Amex)
I don’t have credit card. Can I use my debit card to deposit the money ? My debit card is a visa plus and can withdrawn the money from ATM around the world. Anyone can answer my question please ? If not, is there any broker that accept debit card to deposit the money ?

i dont know how they say withdrawal period is one week or more. on 14 Jan 2013 i cleared my account $2530 and i received it all in the same day. i really recommend 24Options
24options, stop blocking your site or hunting traders positions to win more money. It’s unfair!!! I like your platform but I realized most of times you are hunting my positions or simply impide traders to trade when the chance of winning is in their side pretexting you are upgrading your side. Please stop that unfair game and let the market does the job by itself. And also stop placing the expiry price manually. Tradersa are not stupid. They are watching you…
