As of today, Markets World has now finished updating its platform to include a brand new clear, large format charting solution. Just as with the old style you can still add multiple assets except from the top now, however you can only have stacks on top of each other, not side by side any longer.

In this new change they have included charting for 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and “All” which can be scrolled back through if needed. Here is a screenshot of the new charting as of today.

I looked at my trade visually and it expired in the money, however MW has given me a, ATM DRAW, the chart proves i am in the money, so ive sent it for verification, but i can guarantee you as usual there going to check some crap and say they are correct. Il update once i get the results for the trade from the verification team.

Faster entry and expiry. I like their new updates. I have been winning a lot more trades after the improvements they’ve made to their platform.

Mr. Alum, the price in their platform is lagging behind MT4. That is why you are out of the money.

Not at all Joe0074, i dont even compare mt4 prices with their platform thats a whole different debate. I basically visually seen my trade expire in the money but there records show different. In fact they close the trade depending on the most recent price they receive near the expire time, and that is why my trade was a draw.

They sent me a detailed email explaining every thing and because my volume is very high, they have given me a £200 bonus with 30x roll over as a 1 off gesture of good will.

Do you really think they make the new platform slower?

Now, if they also upgrade their honesty, then we will be all set.

Have started using MW since the changes and have found them ok – won a few trades, lost a few but overall its ok – I like the simplicity. I questioned some trades and live help guys sorted it out – reckon if you do that in the first instance you have more of a chance as Alum said.
