Anyoption are 3 days that is an horrible site: you try to trade and the server says: not possible to trade!
i told them it, i sent them the screenshots ( a lot) and they told me that is because the market is too fast and the price is changed, and the server block the trade: not true, i tried in moment with market was still, same thing!
today i tried too many times, yesterday too, but is impossible to trade... I have to withdraw all my money??

Seems weird for Anyoption.. but i stopped using them a while back so I don't know. Maybe Cherry could shed some light if she is still using them.

Hi all, i have been using AO on and off for more than a year now. i only encountered the slow loading rate of the trading page. as for these incidents that you guys mentioned, i did not come across. As for the sudden move in market which resulted not able to enter the price that you want, yes i had that experience. But i was still able to enter my position just not the price that i wanted.

This is totally truth! I had exactly the same experience with them.

When you have earn some money with them, then this issue start happenning, most of the trades you try are not allowed. A message appears that says that was not possible to do the trade. The common excuse is what @spaxy said: "the market is too fast and the price is changing".

It is a pity because they were fast with the withdrawals. But when they see that you earn too much... I guess they push one button that says "this guy will not earn more money with us!".

It is 100% true. I had to change broker because of this well-known problem. Do not open any account with Anyoption, it is good advice to follow.
