I have now received my money back from BDB. So I just wanted to let people know that they weren't after me after all, but they were just very scrupulous about my residential address, which seemed a bit strange. Andrew's suggestion above is great, I also forwarded that to one of the brokers at BDB.

I made a deposit to BDB by moneybookers and tried to withdraw sometime later. They refused the request saying i needed to send the id first. According to there website you dont need all the id to make a withdraw provided the deposit was with moneybookers.

Pretty lame.

You DEFINITELY need an ID, and other documents before you are allowed to withdraw. This prevents... terrorism.

Maybe there should be rules in place that all BO brokers must have our withdraw paperwork in order before they can accept a deposit, then there will be no problems. I have seen this same complaint in many places. always a problem getting our money. Maybe, we, as traders should make sure that all withdraw paperwork is in order prior to making the deposit.

Hi Guys. This is my first post here but I do have binary options trading exp since more than 2 years now.

I fully agree with "agmccall".
The best way to not experience this kind of issues with any broker is to do the following:

1) Register with the broker. DO NOT DEPOSIT YET
2) Send your government ID, electricity bill, and credit card info (Blocking first 12digits and the 3 digit code in the end)
3) Request for a "Approved for Deposit & Withdrawal confirmation" from your account manager.
Ask her or him to email you with the above statement.
4) Deposit your amount after you receive your email confirmation
5) Withdraw without any problems in the future.

This strategy has worked for me with all the companies I traded with.

Dennis, thanks for laying that out. It shows the attributes of a seasoned trader, one that is patient and methodical in their approach. Congratulations!!!!

Unfortunately, a lot of the members here do not have either of those attributes, they are here for a quick profit by cutting the corners and not taking the steps that are needed to be a success.

Some look for the perfect trading system instead of working on perfecting themselves as trader
