I'm not crying dude about BDB, this is a BROKER COMPLAINT thread so complaints belong here. As far as Cherry's advice goes, her advice on brokers is they all suck, find one that you can live with, as far as I understand her. It's quite an insult to call everyone in here a kindergarten, instead of slinging insults why don't you grace us with who the perfect broker is that we should all be using?

Exactly Vincam. It's all about finding a broker you can live with and trying to make some money.

Now since Pang wants to be a complete idiot who enjoys wasting everyones time here on the forums - noting that I'm pretty sure he doesn't even trade binary options, he is being banned.

Good riddance.

If anybody is using the new BDB Meta platform please post if you still see the "option not available" message. Chat says it is highly unlikely to occur now and there should be no spreads. I'm gonna demo for a while and see if any of that is true....

Ah I forgot about this. Honestly though, they say liquidity issues are strictly because the option is "sold out". So I cant see how this would vary from the regular platform to the META platform you know? If its sold out, its fricken sold out. However, next time I encounter a liquidity issue on the regular platform, I will check to see if my trade goes through on the META platform. My opinion on this is that because you are only on a demo account, they are just telling you anything they can to get a deposit out of you. Take my bias as you will - and as for my background, I have been trading with BDB for 4 days. Liquidity has been an issue on about 7-8 trades. Stopped me from attempting the straddle once. There spreads are usually alright, but had a 24pip gap at close that put me OTM, and also, i closed OTM by 2 pips once. It is tough to justify those 2 pips, especially when its an asset that trades to .xxxxx (5 decimal places and I was OTM by .00002 on 2 trades, .0001 on one trade that only goes 4 decimal places). Over all, they are alright. Just be cautious with them, as all brokers (so Im told). The one thing they do have going for them is 24 hour customer service online, and they are always there to help with "real" issues. Spread and liquidity seem to be unavoidable.

Hi CC,
I've actually had a live BDB account for several months but ceased using them due to the liquidity problem. I agree the new platform should not matter but they claim it will which is why I'm curious about it. My experience with BDB demo is that it has been exactly the same as live, I've run the platforms side by side and when one is unavailable so is the other, we'll see what happens...

Hi, I have noticed the same problem as you guys have been talking about. I was using a demo account on banc de binary trading 60 second options ,and I literally couldn't trade because of the message option suspended it was so unbelievably unberable, Out of 30 trades I only managed to put 5 in , all the other 25 trades it said option suspended. Any yes I also agree the times it said option suspended I was very confident I would be in the money , it was extremely clear the price was going a certain way .And I also tried to cancel a trade as well but it even after I pressed the cancel button it still went ahead and did it.I don't know how any body can even trade binary options you literally can not do it , it is actually impossible to even put one trade in. sorry for being so negative.

brad, its the classic case of "how they stack it against us". There is nothing u can do. Not only BDB is doing this, in fact most brokers. Might not be the same antic but their objective is the same.

i cant speak for all as i only have experience with Oanda and GFT personally. None of this has such antics like the those in the binary industry. And these are the ones which are regulated. U can check them out over at the following sites and gather some feedback yourself.

I have only been trading for a few weeks now and see this a lot. I was told by my "Sr. Broker" that if I upgrade my account to the $50k+ VIP account, I wouldn't see it ever.

Well, I don't have $50k to plop down so I just expected to see it once in a while. Then I started using signals from binaryoptionbox the other day. They offer signals in a group setting so we get to see how everyone did. We had three signals on EUR/USD. All three of them told me "liquidity issues". Yet there were a few other folks online with us trading on BDB that was able to trade just fine on those signals.

So why on earth was I unable to?

I contacted BDB support and they kept telling me that I have to clear my browser cache and other useless anecdotes. I'm a 14 year IT professional that works with web applications like BDB. I know that isn't the problem.

So what gives?
