Hello all,

A big warning to all that are using Traderush or consider using them.

- My 2 Call options were changed by THEIR system to PUT options 15 second after being validated. CALL options were clear winners.

- 60 second options are tweaked. Myself and one other trader have noticed that the system 'freezes', strike values can change suddenly even 10 seconds after entring a trade, expiry values change AFTER expiry time, and expiry can be up to 10 seconds late.

- Customer support doesn't answer emails, phone calls nor live chat.

- The entire platform runs 'late' and is hosted on servers that cannot accommodate the number of users, data, and overall bandwith.

My note to Traderush is 4/10. So as advice, stay away from them until they can fix their issues.
I have emailed them about my issues and I will update this thread when/if I get an answer.

So, I'm not alone with live chat, I have yet to find them online. Cherry mentioned she's spoken to them on live chat though..

I've posted 3 live trade updates on my blog already for trades on TradeRush, each update so far has had some problem listed with it. First inconsistent broker I've used in a while.. (since StartOptions)

PS: The trade type change, I have yet to experience but will be looking out for that one. Must be a glitch or they purposely did that.

A 60 second expiry is just primed for price manipulation. Interesting about switching your direction for you, they must have needed an extra trick to get you.

I gave them a try 2 days ago again with $100 and was actually impressed with the 60 second options now. Looks like most of the issues got fixed in terms of the time and expiry price. I was using Oanda's 5 sec charts to verify prices and it seemed to be dead on every time.

Any updates on traderush? I am looking to deposit a minimum to test their 60 second options. At $5 a pop I think that I can at least hold a ATM percentage. How are they when withdrawing money? I think I read that you need like three times the amount you want to withdraw in your account. So to with draw $500 you need $1500. Help?
