Yeah the 2nd half of the session was pretty choppy and flat.. I can't believe spreads were all under 5 pips on most touches, if they were always like thaT we would be millionares in a week

Your input on overtrading

That's 100% true, I went back in my account log and noticed most of my ITM's are from my beginning trades for the day. Those first 4 or 5 would most of the time be 75-80% ITM, and as I see myself trading more, my ITM goes downhill. I also noticed that if I would've stopped trading after some days that I had two beginning losers in a row, it would'nt affect my weekly/monthly ITM as much because the next day the beginning trades would be better.

I'm about 1/4 through your guide and so far it's really great. I see more people posting "lottery" days than people who are keeping it real and posting "real" trading screenshots. I used to think, OK these are just little problems alot of newbies have and I'll work on them later. But your guide so far has made me realize that I'm not the only one that's having these problems, and now they're not so little. It's not "JUST" me, but it is in fact my trading habits and lack of dicipline. I thought it was OK not to write down my rules or strategy, "I'll just remember them", but at times those losing/winning streaks will definately give you amnesia .

Great work on the PDF and full of useful information with lots of logical embedded Gold. I will be referring to this regularly to get on track with binaries. One thing that stuck out was don't overdo anything, chart setup, session time and number of trades... the sort of thing we all get sucked into.. so yes make a plan and most importantly stick to it.

One suggestion Joe, to make this a really great binary tome, would be to add a final section on exit strategies. I guess this boils down to what you have a gleaned as a binary options trader on the best expiry times to use, related to the time-frame that you trade.
