I am watching the eur/jpy and it is 10:46 EDT on the FSC M15 chart so I tab over to the BDB platform screen and notice time remaining for the 15:00 expirey has 4min. until experation. If the BDB platform is GMT should expirey be 16:00, or am I missing something?
