I found this on youtube, any guru's here that think this can work ?

EDIT: Wait this strategy was for this site https://www.stockpair.com/sp#trading/page wich i think is different than binary.

All you have to do is to place a trade on the winning stock, 15 minutes before the market closes. Before you place a trade, take a look at the right side of the chart, where you can see the percentage (%) of both stocks, if the difference between them, is equal or more than 3 times, surely trade on!
For example:
If one stock has gained or lost 0.25% and the other one has gained or lost 0.75%, surely place your trade on the winning stock and wait to collect your profits.
Pay attention that there are 2 markets:
The European market and the American market.
The European market is from 8:00 to 4:00 pm (GMT).
So, place your trades at 3:45 pm (GMT).
And the American Market, from 12:00 pm to 08:00 pm (GMT). So, place your trades at 07:45 pm (GMT).
The chances of the winning stock become the loosing stock is VERY LOW, then your profits will be guaranteed.
MONEY MANAGEMENT.
Money Management is the most important aspect of trading. Let's say you deposit $100 Dollars.
After you have checked all the stock pairs that are available to trade, using our strategy, let's say only 5 stock pairs fit inside our strategy. Place $10 Dollars in each trade, and you will have used 50% of your entire account.
If there are for example 10 stock pairs available to trade, with $100 Dollars in your account, pick up the best 5 ones (those that have more winning percentage %, more distance from the loosing stock)
As we said above, more than 3 times difference (0.25% X 0.75%) is perfect. In other words, take half of you account and split in MORE than 5 trades. If less than 5 stock pairs are available to trade, simply use only 5% of your account for each one. For example, let's say you have $200 in your account and there are 3 available stock pairs to trade, place $10 in each. (That equals 5% for each trade)
If you have $100 in your account and there are less than 5 available stock pairs to trade, wait for the next day, when you have a minimum of 5 available stock pairs to trade. (That equals 50% of your account for all your trades combined)
If you want to trade aggressively, to the same as described above, but using 100% of your account, in this case will be 10% for each trade, with a maximum of 10 trades combined.

Anyway... where is this youtube link u speak off? I feel a little suspicious about this thread... It is as if you are trying hard to discretely promote stockpair, under the notion of asking for a gurus opinion, along with your beaming strategy. Who is "we"?
I apologise in advance, if I got this totally wrong. Perhaps too much study for my marketing exam, is making me see things from a marketing perspective lol!! Lets see what the gurus say.
