Yes, I've heard of it. Its from a guy named Steve and he has several different systems (some good, some not). He actually sent an email out today giving you access to this system for free. I haven't tried it yet as the next opportunity will be on the 21st. If you want the system, sign up to his mailing list (it can probably be located on the website where you heard about the system).

I know Steve for quite a time, his systems work really good, the problem is that once people start making money, the brokers change the rules on their favor.
He had one that traded a commodity at the same time every day with over 80% success, and 24option suspended that option first and then, they re-open it but reduced the payout from 85% to 55 % during that time.
Another system really great with an Asian index with 75-80 % success, and the broker close the options as well.
He had 2 or 3 more systems, all of them free. Only one system with high winning rate was sold for $400, and when the broker suspended the option, Steve gave the money back to everybody who had bought the system.

I think he is a great guy , very honest, and deserves that the true about his systems comes out.

The systems don't work anymore but because the brokers broke the rules, not because they were not good.
